Silva Compound is a low-density residential development by First Group Developments in the Green Belt area of New Sheikh Zayed. The reported payment plan begins with a 10% down payment and installments extending for up to eight years, although current prices, inventory, and payment conditions require direct confirmation. Silva’s main competitive strengths are its villa-only concept, limited number of units, Green Belt setting, family-focused planning, and proximity to established services and transportation corridors in Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City.
