Kenz Compound is a residential development by First Group Developments in Hadayek October, Giza. Its location provides convenient connectivity to major West Cairo routes, including Wahat Road, the 26th of July Corridor and the Regional Ring Road. The compound is approximately 10 minutes from Al Remaya Square and around 15 minutes from Mall of Egypt. Kenz extends across approximately 30 feddans and follows a relatively low-density master plan. Construction originally began in July 2015, and development has proceeded through multiple phases. Current market sources show ready-to-move and resale inventory, while First Group’s official website still labels Phase 4 as under construction, so delivery status should be verified at unit and phase level. From an investment perspective, Kenz benefits from its established community, West Cairo connectivity and proximity to major destinations. Aqarmap’s latest available market index reports an average apartment price of EGP 30,950 per sqm and a 12-month price movement of +22.97%, although its demand indicator remains low.
