Westdays October is an integrated residential and commercial development by IL Cazar Developments, strategically situated in the heart of 6th of October City near the Shooting Club and major West Cairo services and transportation corridors. Announced in 2025 with projected investments of approximately EGP 20 billion, the development is planned to be implemented across four phases. Its master-planning concept reimagines the conventional gated community as an immersive, multi-layered urban park where architecture, landscaping, mobility, and social spaces operate as a unified environment. The design is structured around four principal concepts: perforation, floating architectural elements, a grounded experience, and multi-layered design. These principles create visual openness and fluid movement while connecting public plazas, landscaped courtyards, private areas, terraces, ramps, and pedestrian routes. The objective is to encourage community interaction without compromising residential privacy and tranquillity. Westdays offers a collection of residential apartments and penthouses with varied layouts and sizes, alongside flexible commercial spaces. Planned facilities include urban parks, a clubhouse and wellness center, jogging and cycling lanes, sports courts, swimming pools, walking trails, landscaped areas, and decorative water features. The project’s location provides convenient access to the 26th of July Axis, Waslet Dahshour Road, Mall of Arabia, Boulevard Road, and the Shooting Club. The development combines residential, commercial, social, and recreational components to provide a comprehensive contemporary lifestyle. It is currently marketed as an off-plan, freehold project under construction, with delivery reported for the fourth quarter of 2029.
