Katameya Creeks

Katameya Creeks is a luxury mixed-use residential development by Starlight Developments in the Fifth Settlement of New Cairo. The project covers 45 acres, approximately 189,000 square metres, and features a neoclassical architectural identity inspired by classical Egyptian and European façades, refined with contemporary functional elements. Its residential inventory includes standalone villas with private gardens and apartment buildings designed to provide panoramic views over landscaped green areas. Residential services include underground parking, concierge facilities, and a recreational clubhouse. The master plan follows a low-density concept, allocating most of the land to greenery, open spaces, water features, pedestrian areas, and landscaped recreational zones. The development is integrated with URBNK, a refined commercial component offering retail stores, restaurants, offices, and everyday services. This mixed-use element allows residents to access essential commercial and leisure facilities close to their homes. Katameya Creeks occupies a strategic location near Katameya Heights, the German University in Cairo, Katameya Dunes, and Arabella. It also provides access to the Ring Road, Mohamed Naguib Axis, and the Ain Sokhna Road. Construction began in 2020. Starlight announced the start of delivery in January 2024, while property-market listings record completion during the fourth quarter of 2024. The development is currently classified as ready to move, with most publicly advertised availability coming from resale apartments, penthouses, and standalone villas rather than new primary inventory.
