VYE SODIC is an integrated residential community developed by SODIC in the heart of New Zayed. It forms part of SODIC’s larger New Zayed landholding, officially reported after replanning at approximately 464 acres. Initially launched in 2020, VYE introduces a contemporary residential concept centered on flexibility, sustainability, connectivity, and technology-enabled community living. The development contains several neighborhoods and product concepts. NEO offers apartments and duplexes with expandable layouts designed to adapt to changing household requirements, while SOL includes solar-powered homes, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Other components include NOVA and additional residential, commercial, and community zones. The master plan incorporates a landscaped pedestrian route extending approximately 3.7 kilometers, a scenic internal road connecting the project’s zones, outdoor work areas, community spaces, sports facilities, and landscaped parks. VYE Town Center is planned as the primary commercial and business destination, combining offices, retail outlets, restaurants, cafés, and services. Selected outdoor areas are designed with Wi-Fi connectivity, supporting flexible working and community activities. Cycling and walking routes, electric-vehicle infrastructure, open recreational areas, and a clubhouse also form part of the overall concept. SODIC announced the delivery of VYE’s first homes in June 2025, approximately six months ahead of the original schedule. The Town Center was scheduled for completion in early 2026, while the fully equipped community clubhouse is planned for completion by the end of 2027. The compound is strategically positioned near the Dabaa Corridor and the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, providing access to Sphinx International Airport, SODIC West, Sheikh Zayed, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Its property portfolio includes apartments, duplexes, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas, serving both end users and long-term property investors.
