Solare North Coast

Solaré Ras El Hekma is an integrated Mediterranean coastal resort developed by Misr Italia Properties at kilometer 199 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh International Coastal Road. The development occupies approximately 386 acres and incorporates a roughly one-kilometre sandy beachfront, extensive landscaped areas, and a terraced master plan designed to maximize sea and water views. The community includes more than 100,000 square metres of swimmable lagoons, private lagoons, 18 swimming pools, landscaped spaces, cycling routes, recreational zones, and a wide range of hospitality and commercial facilities. Published project information indicates that approximately 80% of homes benefit from water views, while many units provide direct access to water features. Residential inventory includes chalets, cabins, apartments, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Solaré has expanded through several distinctive phases, including Ciano, Cielo, Lumera, Sicily Lagoon, Olive Oasis, Club Hill, Maison Solaré, and Amare Seafront Villas. Amenities include the Solaré Clubhouse, sports facilities, restaurants, retail outlets, children’s areas, beach facilities, and boutique hospitality concepts. Misr Italia has also expanded the hospitality component through international hotel partnerships. Construction is ongoing, with delivery schedules varying by phase. Major property portals indicate deliveries during 2027 for earlier inventory, while the newly launched Amare district was announced in August 2026 with an approximately two-year completion schedule.
