Sequoia North Coast

Sequoia North Coast is a hospitality-oriented coastal resort developed by EDEN Development Group at kilometer 77 of the Alexandria–Matrouh Road, within convenient reach of New Alamein and Alamein International Airport. The project introduces a tropical destination concept inspired by Bali, the Maldives, and Zanzibar, combining serviced residences, landscaped environments, water features, entertainment facilities, and hotel-level operations in a destination intended for seasonal and year-round use. According to the project’s official platforms, Sequoia occupies approximately 38,000 square metres. Only around 18% of the development is allocated to buildings, while the remaining area is used for landscaping, open spaces, lagoons, and water-based attractions. The master plan incorporates an approximately 4,000-square-metre crystal lagoon, about 8,000 square metres of integrated water features, and two landscaped green mountains reaching approximately 26 metres in height. The property mix includes studios, apartments, chalets, serviced hotel units, villas, sky villas, and other premium residences. Units are promoted as fully finished and furnished in a distinctive tropical and Boho-inspired style. Facilities include an aqua park, pool cinema, swimming pools, food and beverage outlets, retail areas, hotel services, underground parking, children’s entertainment, landscaped walking areas, lakes, and leisure activities. The resort benefits from proximity to Alamein International Airport, El Hamam Central Hospital, the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, New Alamein City, Dabaa Road, and the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road. The official project website currently advertises entry prices from approximately EGP 4 million, with installment periods extending up to eight years. Final prices depend on unit type, size, view, finishing specifications, and reservation date.
