Reedy City New Cairo

Reedy City New Cairo is a large-scale, fully integrated gated development by Reedy Group, extending across approximately 820 acres in New Cairo. The project is planned as a mixed-use urban destination that combines residential neighborhoods with commercial, administrative, medical, recreational, and community facilities. Its location provides convenient access to major East Cairo destinations and educational institutions. The development is approximately 1.2 kilometers from both the Middle Ring Road and Ain Sokhna Road and is within driving distance of the American University in Cairo, the German University in Cairo, Future University, and several international schools. The master plan dedicates approximately 400 acres to open spaces, landscaped areas, and facilities, while the announced residential building footprint represents only around 15% of the total development. Landscaped gardens, water features, pedestrian-friendly walking routes, and outdoor areas are distributed throughout the community to improve privacy, circulation, scenery, and environmental quality. Planned facilities include a major sports club, sports courts, underground parking areas, an office and business park, an integrated medical complex, retail areas, a shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. Operational services are expected to include 24-hour security, CCTV surveillance, maintenance, cleaning, residential elevators, fire-escape staircases, and organized waste-disposal systems. Reedy City offers a broad property mix consisting of studios, apartments, duplexes, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Units are planned in different sizes, architectural configurations, locations, and views to accommodate varied residential and investment requirements. The development contains several phases or subcommunities, including Dijar, Azzar Legacy, and Azzar Reedy. It is currently marketed as an off-plan, under-construction project, with the published overall delivery date scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029.
