Paragon 2 New Capital

Paragon 2 is a smart and sustainability-focused business development by Paragon Developments in the Financial District of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. The project occupies approximately 9,215 sqm of land and has a reported built-up area of about 32,250 sqm. Current developer-sale inventory includes units with expected delivery around November–December 2028, meaning currently marketed inventory is generally classified as off-plan despite substantial construction progress.
