O West Orascom

O West is a fully integrated town developed by Orascom Development in the heart of 6th of October City, West Cairo. The project follows Orascom’s destination-development model, combining residential neighborhoods with commercial, educational, sporting, leisure and community facilities within one master plan. Its design emphasizes landscaped open spaces, pedestrian routes, cycling paths, parks, water features and convenient access to everyday services. O West includes several distinct neighborhoods and phases, such as Whyt, Tulwa, Spring Valley, Core Apartments, Club Residence, Club Yard, Green Valley, Hillside, Hillside Bliss, Mid-Yard, Parkside and O Views. Residential options include apartments, duplexes, townhouses, twin houses, standalone villas and larger mansion-style homes. Tulwa is designed as a pedestrian-oriented neighborhood with greenery and cycling routes, while villa neighborhoods offer greater privacy and access to landscaped surroundings. The town incorporates a major sports and social club, retail and dining areas, schools, community spaces and resident-support services. Orascom delivered the first residential units in Whyt and Tulwa in early 2023, together with the first phase of the O West Club. The development is therefore partially operational and occupied, while construction and delivery continue across newer phases. Its West Cairo location provides access to Al Wahat Road and key destinations including Mall of Egypt, Mall of Arabia, Media Production City and Sphinx International Airport.
