Mountain View Ras El Hikma is an integrated Mediterranean coastal resort developed by Mountain View in the Ras El Hikma area of Egypt’s North Coast. The development is also marketed as Mountain View North Coast or MV Ras El Hikma. According to Mountain View’s official project page, it covers approximately 500 acres and contains a total of 4,759 units. Its visual identity is primarily inspired by Greek island architecture, combining white façades, blue architectural details, landscaped open spaces, sandy beaches, and turquoise coastal scenery. The resort offers a broad selection of property types, including chalets, cabins, coastal apartments, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Mountain View Ras El Hikma has been developed through several neighborhoods and phases, including Rhodes, Crete, Skala, Evia, and other zones. Consequently, construction progress, availability, and delivery dates differ according to the individual phase and unit. Community facilities include a private beach, swimming pools, lagoons and water features, landscaped areas, pedestrian promenades, restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, children’s entertainment areas, sports facilities, and essential daily services. The Promenade provides a dedicated setting for walking, jogging, sunset viewing, and outdoor social activities. Agora includes retail services, food and beverage venues, and a children’s area. The Lighthouse provides workshops, events, wellness activities, and community experiences designed for different age groups. Mountain View Ras El Hikma is an operational, partially delivered resort with numerous completed and ready-to-use properties. Development continues through newer phases, some of which have future delivery schedules extending to 2029. The project is positioned as a family-oriented coastal town that combines beach access, community interaction, leisure amenities, and serviced summer living rather than functioning solely as a conventional seasonal resort.
