More Residence New Cairo

MORE Residences is a luxury serviced-residential development by LMD in New Cairo. It forms part of the wider “There” mixed-use destination and is positioned along Youssef El Sebaay Axis. The project was officially launched in October 2024 and extends across approximately 50 acres. It represents LMD’s first serviced-residence project in New Cairo and is designed to combine private residential living with professionally managed hospitality services. The development comprises more than 1,000 upscale units distributed across several residential levels. Available property types include apartments ranging from approximately 90 to 190 square metres and duplexes ranging from 181 to 220 square metres. The development is approximately six minutes from the Ring Road and ten minutes from Cairo International Airport. It is accessible through Youssef El Sebaay Axis and Mohamed Naguib Road.
