Kinda is a low-density residential community located within Taj City in New Cairo. It was originally developed by Minka Developments before Minka was acquired by Madinet Masr. The project was officially launched in August 2020 with planned investments of approximately EGP 5 billion. Published sources place its land area at approximately 27–28 acres and indicate a planned inventory of around 800 units. The community’s architectural identity combines Canadian and Egyptian influences through contemporary façades, open landscapes, pedestrian-friendly areas, and communal spaces. Preliminary construction work commenced in May 2020, with completion originally scheduled for 2025.
