Ivoire West is an upscale residential development by PRE Developments in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, close to Al Rabwa and ZED Park. It provides convenient access to the 26th of July Corridor, Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, and Dahshur Link. The project extends across approximately 77 acres and is positioned around 180 meters above sea level, allowing many properties to benefit from elevated and open views. Its master plan emphasizes relatively low building density and a strong connection between residential buildings, landscaped gardens, water features, pocket parks, pedestrian routes, and outdoor community spaces. The project includes apartments, penthouses, duplexes, and a limited collection of standalone villas, some of which are reported as sold out in current marketing inventories. Published apartment sizes start from approximately 115–121 square meters, while penthouses and duplexes extend to around 318 square meters. Larger areas may be available within the villa phases. Most units are offered semi-finished. Delivery varies according to phase and sales contract: market sources identify October or the end of 2026 for the first phase, while newer inventory may carry delivery dates extending to 2028. Planned facilities include a social clubhouse, sports amenities, swimming pools, children’s areas, jogging and cycling tracks, retail outlets, cafés, restaurants, security services, and dedicated parking.
