Hills Of One

Hills of One is an integrated residential development by People & Places in Sphinx City, New Zayed, West Cairo. Officially launched in November 2023, the project extends across approximately 168 acres and occupies a strategic position on the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, directly across from Sphinx International Airport.
