Hacienda Ras El Hekma

Hacienda Ras El Hekma is a large-scale luxury coastal destination developed by Palm Hills Developments in collaboration with Miran Hills on the Mediterranean shoreline of Ras El Hekma, Egypt’s North Coast. The development covers more than 1,400 feddans, approximately 5.65 million square metres, and extends across roughly 4.8 kilometres of direct beachfront. Palm Hills presents the project as its first gated, city-scale coastal destination rather than a conventional seasonal resort. Its planned components integrate residential communities, international hospitality, wellness, entertainment, food and beverage venues, and year-round community facilities. The master plan follows a low-density development model. Approximately 14% of the site is allocated to the building footprint, while around 86% is designated for landscaped areas, parks, gardens, lagoons, waterways, and green corridors. The layout is structured to preserve privacy and maximise Mediterranean views. Front-row residences are planned with reduced building heights, while subsequent rows and elevated units are positioned to maintain open sea perspectives. The residential offering includes ultra-luxury standalone villas, twin houses, chalets, apartments, and branded residences. Published project information states that the units will be delivered fully finished, including air-conditioning systems and kitchen cabinetry. Planned amenities include private beaches, lagoons, landscaped parks, clubhouses, sports facilities, hospitality components, wellness areas, dining destinations, entertainment spaces, gated entrances, security systems, and CCTV coverage. Hacienda Ras El Hekma is currently an off-plan development under construction, with current project listings indicating an expected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2030.
