Crescent Walk

Crescent Walk is an integrated residential community developed by MARAKEZ in East Cairo, within New Cairo’s 6th Settlement. The development extends over approximately 118 acres and includes apartments, duplexes, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Its master plan draws inspiration from the established urban character of Zamalek and Maadi, combining low-density buildings, landscaped open spaces, contemporary architecture, and a walkable green spine connecting homes with community facilities. The project is planned to balance privacy, connectivity, and social interaction. Its amenities include jogging and cycling paths, distributed activity nodes, sports facilities, landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, and a retail plaza containing shops, cafés, restaurants, and daily services. Operational services include 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance, maintenance, cleaning, gardening, controlled entrances, and underground parking in designated residential components. Crescent Walk is accessible through Ain Sokhna Road, the Middle Ring Road, South Teseen Street, and Mohamed Naguib Axis. Published project information places it approximately seven minutes from New Cairo’s Golden Square, twelve minutes from the American University in Cairo, and fourteen minutes from MARAKEZ’s District 5 development. The compound offers fully finished properties across several phases, including Crescent Walk South, Crescent Walk East, and the Central Parcel. Payment arrangements vary by phase and sales release, with published plans including 5% or 8% down payments and installments extending for eight or ten years. Crescent Walk remains under construction, with selected properties currently scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2028.
