Eterna Healthcare City

Eterna Healthcare City is an integrated medical and healthcare-related commercial development located within Mivida’s business district by Emaar Misr in New Cairo. The project was conceived as a one-stop healthcare destination combining hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, medical centers, laboratories, radiology facilities, pharmacies, and medical-oriented retail spaces. It occupies an announced land area of approximately 24,000 square meters with a total built-up area of around 80,000 square meters. Initial project investment was reported at EGP 1.2 billion. Its master plan uses an H-shaped architectural concept representing healthcare, while the design and landscape consultancy was undertaken by EHAF Consulting Engineers. Fully finished clinics range from approximately 40 to 100 square meters. Medical centers range from 70 to 1,000 square meters and are delivered in core-and-shell condition, while hospital spaces start from around 2,000 square meters. The development also includes a 200-square-meter pharmacy and medical retail units starting from 28 square meters. Facilities include surface parking for more than 1,000 cars, two underground parking levels accommodating approximately 1,000 vehicles, high-technology elevators, general and private waiting areas, online appointment booking, site management, maintenance, and 24-hour security supported by CCTV. The project is completed and operational, with multiple clinics and healthcare providers currently working on site.
