Swan Lake North Coast

SwanLake North Coast is a premium Mediterranean resort developed by Hassan Allam Properties in the Ras El Hekma area of Egypt’s North Coast. According to HAP’s current official project page, SwanLake extends across approximately 260 acres and includes around 950 summer homes. Its master plan combines contemporary resort architecture with tropical and Far Eastern influences, incorporating expansive crystal lagoons, landscaped areas, white sandy beaches, and a comprehensive collection of leisure, wellness, sports, dining, and convenience facilities. The destination was planned with internationally recognized design expertise, including JZMK, while its residences feature modern layouts, expansive views and bespoke finishing. Property options include standalone villas, twin houses, townhouses, chalets, penthouses and beach cabins. HAP states that SwanLake homes are delivered fully finished, reinforcing the resort’s positioning as a high-end, ready-for-use summer destination. Facilities include private beachfront areas, crystal lagoons, a clubhouse, sports and wellness operators, food and beverage venues, retail conveniences, jogging and cycling routes, swimming facilities and family-oriented recreational spaces. SwanLake is located around Kilometer 197 of the International Coastal Road, giving residents access to Ras El Hekma, New Fouka Road and other major North Coast destinations. The project is already a livable community, although expansion remains underway. Hassan Allam Holding announced construction of a SwanLake North Coast extension in February 2025, including additional villas, chalets, roads and infrastructure. Consequently, the destination currently combines delivered/occupied phases with newer inventory under construction.
