Tru New Cairo

TRU New Cairo is an under-construction residential compound developed by UC Developments in the Lotus district of Fifth Settlement. It occupies a strategic position between South and North 90th Street, close to the American University in Cairo, Future University, Point 90 Mall, Maxim Mall, Golden Square, and Mohamed Naguib Axis. The project extends across approximately 15 acres and follows a low-density planning concept, with around 20% of the site allocated to buildings and 80% dedicated to landscaping, open areas, and community facilities. The residential buildings consist of a ground floor and three upper floors. TRU offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Officially displayed layouts include 81 and 87 sqm one-bedroom units, 114 and 116 sqm two-bedroom apartments, and 145 and 177 sqm three-bedroom apartments. Some property platforms also reference larger configurations reaching 300–350 sqm, although detailed official plans for these larger units are not publicly available. Facilities include swimming pools, a lagoon, fitness centers, a padel court, yoga areas, jogging tracks, a clubhouse, landscaped parks, children’s areas, barbecue spaces, family gathering zones, and coworking facilities. Security provisions include gated entrances, CCTV surveillance, and controlled access. The project also incorporates retail and service areas, parking facilities, and modern telecommunications infrastructure. Construction was recorded as starting in June 2025, while expected completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2029. Current published entry prices start at approximately EGP 5.655 million, subject to inventory changes. Available payment structures include 5% or 10% down payments and installment periods extending between eight and ten years.
