Westview Residence 2026

Westview Residence is an integrated residential community developed by Housing and Development Properties, HDP, in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority in the heart of New Zayed City. The official project information states that the development extends across approximately 78 acres, with around 83% of the site allocated to landscaped and open areas. This planning approach creates a relatively low-density environment designed around privacy, greenery, and family-oriented living. The compound offers low-rise residential buildings and fully finished apartments. Currently marketed configurations generally range from approximately 100 to 150 square metres, including selected ground-floor residences with private gardens. The master plan incorporates a landscaped central spine, pedestrian pathways, jogging and cycling tracks, a community centre, an international school, commercial facilities, activity areas, children’s spaces, and water features. Operational provisions include electronic access gates, comprehensive security systems, surveillance cameras, maintenance, landscaping services, and parking areas. The location provides convenient access to Dabaa Axis and the Cairo–Alexandria Desert Road, while Sphinx International Airport, the 26th of July Corridor, Mall of Arabia, and central Sheikh Zayed are within a relatively short drive. The project was officially introduced in 2024. Delivery schedules vary by phase and unit: some inventory is marketed for delivery during 2026 or 2027, while a newer project phase is listed for delivery in the second quarter of 2028. Available payment plans commonly begin with a 5% down payment and extend over eight or ten years.
