Taj Sultan

Taj Sultan is the inaugural residential community within Madinet Masr’s Taj City development and represented the developer’s first major expansion beyond Nasr City. Official company records state that Taj Sultan was launched in October 2012 with 1,759 units, 99% of which had been sold by the end of 2022. By that time, the community was already home to more than 1,000 families, confirming its status as an established and operational residential destination rather than an early-stage development.
