Summer North Coast

Summer North Coast is a large-scale coastal destination developed by Al Ahly Sabbour across 864 acres at Kilo 246 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, where Ras El Hekma meets Sidi Heneish. Its master plan was designed by the international consultancy WATG around the “Braids of Life” concept, integrating contemporary architecture with green corridors, landscaped spaces, water features, and the Mediterranean shoreline. The development includes approximately one kilometre of beachfront, beach lagoons, swimming pools, and an extensive green spine connecting its different neighbourhoods. The property portfolio includes chalets, apartments, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Units feature lagoon, landscape, or sea views, with published areas starting from approximately 48 square metres for compact chalets and reaching around 325 square metres for selected standalone villas. Facilities include a beach clubhouse, swimming pools, usable lagoons, sports courts, a gym, a commercial district, restaurants, cafés, children’s leisure areas, open landscaped spaces, hospitality services, and round-the-clock security and surveillance. Summer is approximately 4 kilometres from Ras El Hekma, 118 kilometres from New Alamein, 182 kilometres from Borg El Arab, 201 kilometres from Alexandria, and 350 kilometres from Cairo. Current 2026 launch prices are reported to start at approximately EGP 10.7 million for chalets. Payment arrangements include a 5% initial down payment, with the remaining amount payable over periods reaching eight or ten years, depending on the phase and unit. The project is under construction, with recently marketed units scheduled for delivery during 2029.
