SKALA Mountain View is a premium coastal phase within the wider Mountain View Ras El Hikma destination on Egypt’s North Coast, positioned around kilometer 200 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road. Mountain View launched SKALA in May 2021 as a new seafront phase inspired by the character of Greek island communities. Its architecture combines white façades, blue accents, landscaped areas, water features, and staggered elevations designed to maximize Mediterranean views. Approximately 70% of SKALA units are reported to enjoy direct sea views. The development offers a diverse property mix including chalets, townhouses, twin houses, standalone villas and, in selected releases, serviced or hotel apartments. The destination is approximately 35 minutes from Sidi Abdel Rahman, around two hours from Alexandria, and less than three hours from Cairo via the Dabaa Road.
