Scenes Mostakbal City is a recently launched residential community by Tatweer Misr in the heart of Mostakbal City, East Cairo. Tatweer Misr officially confirmed that the project was launched during December 2024, expanding the developer’s presence in the area alongside Bloomfields. Scenes occupies a strategic position between New Cairo’s Golden Square and the New Administrative Capital, providing convenient access to major roads, educational institutions, and key destinations across East Cairo. The development covers approximately 100 acres and is planned as a low-density, villas-only community designed primarily for single-family living.
