Pyramids City 5 October is a new residential development by Pyramids Developments in 6th of October City. The project occupies a strategic position directly on the 26th of July Corridor, opposite Mall of Arabia, providing convenient access to major destinations across West Cairo. It covers approximately 62 acres and is planned as an integrated residential community featuring modern buildings, landscaped open spaces, artificial lakes, recreational facilities, and essential commercial services. The unit mix primarily includes apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Published unit areas vary between sources, although most available information places the principal range at approximately 78 to 178 square metres.
