Nyoum October is a large mixed-use residential community by Arab Developers Holding in the Northern Expansions of 6th of October City. The project was previously marketed as Porto October. Market documentation sourced from developers’ official statements records the project’s original launch in 2013 and a master-plan area of approximately 1.381 million square metres, equivalent to roughly 330–341 acres. The development incorporates apartments, duplexes, townhouses, twin houses and villas alongside commercial, administrative and community facilities. Its location provides convenient access to Juhayna Square, Mall of Arabia, the 26th of July Corridor, Dahshour Link and Sheikh Zayed, while Sphinx International Airport is reported to be less than twenty minutes away. Amenities include landscaped parks, water features, swimming pools, retail and dining areas, sports and social facilities, international schools and medical services. Nyoum October should not be treated as a single off-plan phase: several parts of the community have already been delivered and are actively traded in the resale market, while newer phases listed by Property Finder have expected completion dates extending to December 2030. Consequently, its most accurate current classification is an established, partially delivered and inhabited compound with additional construction and expansion underway.
