North Code New Alamein

North Code New Alamein is an integrated coastal hospitality development by Code Developments in the Al Alamein area of Egypt’s North Coast. The project is positioned at kilometer 94 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road, directly opposite Marina 1 and near the marina and yacht harbor. Its location provides access to New Alamein City, the New Alamein towers, Al Masa Hotel, Alamein International University, and major coastal roads. The development is widely reported to cover approximately 35 acres, with its first phase extending over about 12 acres. Property Finder displays a conflicting 100-acre figure; however, the 35-acre measurement is used in the original project-launch coverage and several project-specific sources.
