Scenes Mostakbal City is the official name of the Tatweer Misr development that was initially marketed during its pre-launch stage as New Land Mostakbal City. Tatweer Misr officially confirmed the launch of Scenes in December 2024 as a new residential destination in Mostakbal City, East Cairo. The compound occupies approximately 100 acres and is positioned between New Cairo’s Golden Square and the New Administrative Capital, providing access to some of East Cairo’s major transportation corridors. Scenes is planned primarily as a low-density villa community rather than an apartment-led development. Its residential inventory includes middle and corner townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas. Tatweer Misr’s official project information lists Phase 1 property sizes ranging from approximately 165 sqm to 280 sqm, with three- and four-bedroom configurations. The master plan is centered around landscaped open areas and Central Parks, supported by a clubhouse, food and beverage outlets and community-oriented recreational facilities. Additional facilities reported for the project include jogging and cycling routes, educational discovery spaces, landscaped areas and advanced security infrastructure with CCTV surveillance. The compound is close to the Cairo–Suez Road, Ring Road connections, Madinaty, El Rehab, New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital. Tatweer Misr currently lists an overall completion date of 2027, while Phase 1 is listed for completion in 2028. Current 2026 market inventory indicates starting prices around EGP 14.95 million, subject to unit availability and payment-plan changes.
