La Mirada Mostakbal City is an integrated residential development by Grand Plaza for Real Estate & Touristic Development in Mostakbal City, East Cairo. It occupies a strategic position close to Madinaty, New Cairo, and the New Administrative Capital. The project was actively marketed by 2018, when the developer obtained ministerial approval and construction permits for its first phase.
