Boutique Village is a boutique-scale residential development by Modon Developments in Golden Square, Fifth Settlement. It was planned as a smaller and more private community than conventional large compounds, offering a personalized residential atmosphere built around tranquility, architectural detail, and meaningful community interaction. Its master plan incorporates low-rise residential buildings, landscaped pedestrian routes, open spaces, and carefully distributed homes that maintain privacy while creating a welcoming neighborhood environment. The principal listed plan requires a 10% down payment with installments over seven years, although alternative sales releases have advertised 5% down payments and terms extending to eight or ten years, depending on availability and release conditions.
