Residence Eight is an integrated residential development by SKY AD. Developments in the R8 district of Egypt’s New Capital. Residence Eight was launched in 2021 as SKY AD.’s first flagship project in Egypt. Earlier sources listed delivery during 2025, while current project listings show some inventory or phases scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
