Tierra New Cairo

Tierra New Cairo is a premium residential and mixed-use development by Saudi Egyptian Developers, positioned at the gateway of New Cairo’s Sixth Settlement. Its location provides convenient access to major roads connecting New Cairo with the New Administrative Capital, the Suez Road, the Middle Ring Road, and surrounding urban destinations. The development extends across approximately 104 acres and uses the site’s natural topography to create stepped residential zones that enhance privacy, views, ventilation, and visual diversity. Around 80% of the project is allocated to landscaping, open spaces, pedestrian routes, and community facilities. The master plan assigns approximately 24 acres to standalone villas, 65 acres to apartment buildings, eight acres to commercial activities, four acres to a sports club, and three acres to the social club and central park. Tierra offers a diversified unit mix that includes apartments, duplexes, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Community facilities include sports and social clubs, retail and dining outlets, landscaped parks, jogging and cycling tracks, children’s areas, a mosque, organized parking facilities, and round-the-clock security and surveillance. The architectural concept follows the natural contours of the land, using curved pedestrian pathways to connect residential, commercial, and recreational areas while reducing conflict between pedestrian and vehicle movement. Tierra is currently marketed as an off-plan development, with completion and delivery expected during the fourth quarter of 2029.
