Triangle New Cairo

Triangle New Cairo is a premium gated residential community developed by The Waterway Developments on a distinctive triangular-shaped parcel in New Cairo. According to the developer’s official project page, the development covers approximately 237.22 feddans and contains around 743 villa units, creating a low-density environment focused on privacy, landscaped views, and upscale living. The residential offering includes townhouses, twin villas, standalone villas, and a limited collection of luxury mansions. Townhouse built-up areas range from approximately 206 to 322 square metres, twin villas range from about 306 to 460 square metres, while standalone villas start at roughly 366 square metres and may reach 840 square metres. The architectural concept combines contemporary façades, neutral colours, large windows, landscaped gardens, and water features. The master plan incorporates a central park extending over approximately 48 feddans, multiple swimming pools, a luxury clubhouse, jogging and cycling tracks, a fully equipped gym, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, commercial and administrative premises, medical clinics, parking areas, security systems, CCTV, maintenance, and landscaping services. Triangle is located directly on the Middle Ring Road, providing access to Madinaty, Al Rehab, the New Administrative Capital, Cairo International Airport, and the American University in Cairo. Construction was reported as starting in May 2025. The project is currently offered as an off-plan development, with expected completion and delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2029.
