June

June is an integrated coastal destination developed by SODIC in Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast. The project is conceived as a Miami-inspired beach town, combining clear Mediterranean water, uninterrupted sea views, landscaped neighborhoods, and contemporary architecture influenced by the flowing forms and visual character of Art Deco design. June is divided into several neighborhoods and phases, including Aquamarine, Pearl, Opal, Coral, and Sands, each offering a different residential setting, architectural identity, and relationship with the sea or lagoons. The property portfolio includes chalets, lofts, serviced residences, townhomes, twin homes, and standalone villas, with configurations ranging from one to five bedrooms. SODIC’s current official project page lists selected available units with areas from approximately 101 square metres to 237 square metres, although unit sizes vary according to the neighborhood, phase, and property category. The development includes swimmable lagoons, infinity pools, landscaped parks, a beachfront boardwalk for walking and cycling, dining venues, cafés, retail outlets, and the Clubhouse by Club S for sports, fitness, and wellness. Essential facilities include clinics, pharmacies, supermarkets, outdoor gyms, parks, and mosques. Its hospitality component is planned to feature a Marriott-affiliated hotel, serviced apartments operated by Lemon Spaces, and a central lifestyle plaza. Some homes are positioned up to 50 metres above sea level to provide broad Mediterranean views. June is also located within convenient driving distance of Dabaa Road, Caesar, Sidi Abdel Rahman, and Alamein Road. SODIC commenced the first residential handovers in July 2025 ahead of the original schedule. Construction, finishing, landscaping, lagoon works, and infrastructure development remain ongoing in other parcels, making June a partially delivered development that is still under construction and expansion.
