Published sources conflict over whether the development occupies plot H1 or H2; therefore, the precise plot designation cannot be confirmed without an official land-allocation document. The most frequently reported project area is approximately 54 acres, although some sources state 63 acres. Most of the master plan is allocated to landscaping, open spaces, pedestrian routes, water features, and community amenities, while a smaller proportion is reserved for buildings. The development offers a varied residential inventory that includes apartments, garden apartments, duplexes, and penthouses. Some project profiles also list standalone villas, townhouses, and twin houses. Published unit areas generally begin at approximately 100–102 square metres and can reach 266 or 396 square metres, depending on the property type, building, and development phase.
