Soul North Coast

Soul North Coast is a luxury Mediterranean resort developed by Emaar Misr in Ras El Hekma, positioned around kilometer 178 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh International Coastal Road and approximately 30 kilometers from Marassi. Emaar Misr’s current Arabic community page identifies the development as a 580-acre destination, although several earlier property pages describe it as 700 acres. Accordingly, 580 acres is used as the latest official community figure. The master plan is structured as a continuous waterfront environment connecting pristine beaches, an elevated infinity beach, cascading swimmable lagoons, landscaped spaces, hospitality facilities, and residential neighborhoods. Soul features four beaches and approximately 1.7 kilometers of sandy coastline. Its signature infinity beachfront extends for roughly one kilometer and is designed to provide uninterrupted Mediterranean views. The development contains several neighborhoods and phases, including Views, Islands, Flow, Breeze, Heights, Lagoons, Seaview, Waters, and Locanda Serviced Residences. Available property formats include standalone villas, townhouses, beach houses, waterfront homes, sea-view villas, apartments, and serviced residences. The community is designed around low-density coastal living, privacy, open landscapes, and extensive water frontage. A substantial proportion of the project consists of standalone villas with infinity terraces and panoramic views. Amenities include a beach clubhouse, beach and lagoon cabanas, a landscaped boardwalk, retail and dining destinations, children’s activities, wellness and outdoor sports facilities, and the Locanda Luxury Hotel and Residences. Soul remains under development, with phased handovers varying by neighborhood and contract. Current listings indicate expected completion dates extending through the fourth quarter of 2027 for some available launches.
