Seazen

Seazen is an integrated coastal residential resort developed by Al Qamzi Developments in Al Dabaa on Egypt’s North Coast. It is positioned at approximately Kilo 170 of the International Coastal Road connecting Alexandria and Marsa Matrouh. The development covers 204 feddans and features a private Mediterranean beachfront extending for approximately 690 meters, while the site reaches a depth of around one kilometer. Its master plan was developed in collaboration with DMA, with Okoplan responsible for the landscape design. A terraced elevation concept is used throughout the site to maximize views of the sea, lagoons, pools, and landscaped valleys. Approximately 87% of Seazen’s land is allocated to landscaping, greenery, water features, and open areas, leaving about 13% for buildings. The master plan gives every residence a view of a water feature, while approximately 85% of the properties benefit from sea views. Available property types include chalets, cabanas, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Residences are offered fully finished, with multiple layouts and sizes intended for holiday use as well as extended or year-round occupancy. The resort includes three clubhouses, a signature wave pool, swimmable lagoons, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, heated winter pools, a private beach, beach cabanas, a beachfront promenade, restaurants, cafés, commercial and entertainment areas, indoor and outdoor gyms, paddle courts, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s areas, a beach activity center, and spa facilities. Operational services include round-the-clock security, CCTV surveillance, maintenance, and landscape management. Seazen is accessible through the International Coastal Road and Al Dabaa Road and is located near Al Alamein International Airport and several established North Coast destinations. Construction and delivery are being implemented in phases, with completion dates varying according to the phase and property release.
