Safia Ras El Hekma is a premium coastal resort developed by IL Cazar Developments at kilometer 186 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh International Coastal Road in Ras El Hekma. The project occupies approximately 180 acres and extends along roughly 750 meters of sandy Mediterranean beachfront, with a project depth of about 1,500 meters. Its master plan was designed by Raef Fahmi Architects and organizes the development around landscaped spaces, water features, and residential tiers intended to maximize Mediterranean views. Published project information describes nine primary rows of villas overlooking the sea. Safia provides a diversified collection of coastal properties, including chalets, studios, apartments, duplexes, townhouses, twin villas, standalone villas, and distinctive single-storey signature villas. Selected units start at approximately 72 square meters. The resort’s planned amenities include swimming pools, a private beach, restaurants and cafés, hotel and serviced residences, a fully equipped gym, sports facilities, water activities, commercial outlets, children’s areas, professional facility management, parking, and round-the-clock security. Location is one of Safia’s principal competitive advantages. IL Cazar places the project approximately 30 minutes from El Alamein International Airport and around 20 minutes from El Dabaa Axis. Safia was launched in 2024, while Property Finder records construction commencement in February 2025. Market databases currently indicate delivery around late 2028, although some newer project sources refer to 2029 depending on the development phase. Its Ras El Hekma location also gives the project exposure to one of Egypt’s strongest recent coastal appreciation cycles, supported by major infrastructure and institutional investment in the wider destination.
