Saada North Coast

SA’ADA North Coast is a boutique coastal resort developed by Horizon Egypt Developments in Ras El Hekma, at Kilometer 183 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh International Coastal Road. The development covers approximately 125 acres and features a direct Mediterranean beachfront extending for around 500 metres. Its master plan uses varied land elevations and a water-oriented layout to provide a large proportion of the residences with open views of the sea, lagoons, landscaped areas, or other water features. The overall plan combines coastal residences with commercial, hospitality, recreational, and open-space components. The project offers a diverse property portfolio that includes chalets, coastal apartments, penthouses, duplexes, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas. Unit configurations and sizes are designed to accommodate family vacations, seasonal residence, property investment, and short-term coastal rentals. The architectural concept uses contemporary forms, natural coastal tones, large terraces, and glazed openings intended to maximise natural light, ventilation, and panoramic views. Announced facilities include multiple swimming pools, landscaped lagoons, a wellness and health club, sports facilities, walking, jogging and cycling paths, children’s play areas, and extensive green spaces. The development also incorporates a commercial strip with retail outlets, restaurants and cafés, a boutique hotel, parking areas, maintenance services, landscaping management, and hospitality services. Security provisions include round-the-clock guarding and CCTV surveillance. SA’ADA benefits from access through the International Coastal Road, New Fouka Road, and the El Dabaa Corridor. It is also positioned near several prominent Ras El Hekma and North Coast destinations. The residential component remains an off-plan development, with the main scheduled completion stated as the fourth quarter of 2027.
