Park Lane

Park Lane Compoundhood is an integrated residential development by El Attal Holding in Plot D2 of the R7 residential district in the New Capital. The project extends across approximately 26 acres and occupies a strategic location near the Diplomatic District, the Swedish University, and the southern Mohammed Bin Zayed Axis. It also provides access to major New Capital landmarks, including the Green River, Al Masa Hotel, the Opera House, and the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ. Park Lane was officially launched in 2019 and was planned in three development phases comprising approximately 1,100 residential units. The project features European-inspired architecture with notable Dutch design influences. Its master plan integrates residential buildings with landscaped gardens, artificial lakes, pedestrian routes, and open recreational areas. Available property configurations include studios, apartments, duplexes, and penthouses in a range of sizes and layouts. The development also incorporates commercial, administrative, and medical services through Pavilion Mall. Facilities within Park Lane include a clubhouse, health club, gym, spa, jogging and cycling tracks, children’s areas, reading and working spaces, pharmacies, supermarkets, landscaped areas, and security services. El Attal Holding has officially announced the delivery of 500 residential units from the project’s first phase. Current property-market listings also include ready-to-move units alongside units with delivery schedules that vary according to the phase and purchase contract. Park Lane can therefore be classified as an operational residential community that has entered the handover and occupancy stage while selected inventory and later delivery units remain available.
