JUNE SODIC is an integrated beachfront destination in Ras El Hekma on Egypt’s North Coast. Developed by SODIC, the community adopts a Miami-inspired identity combining contemporary Art Deco architecture, landscaped neighborhoods, uninterrupted coastal views, and a lifestyle-oriented master plan. The overall development is reported by SODIC at approximately 281 acres, with the first development phase covering 174 acres. More than 1,700 homes are being developed across several neighborhoods, including Opal, Coral, Aqua, Sands, Pearl, and The Gate. The residential offering includes chalets, lofts, penthouses, serviced residences, townhomes, twin homes, and standalone villas. The official project platform lists areas starting from approximately 76 square metres, while the newer Pearl neighborhood offers homes ranging between 101 and 237 square metres. Several collections are delivered fully finished and benefit from elevated views over swimmable lagoons, landscaped spaces, or the Mediterranean coastline. Amenities include a sandy beach, crystal lagoons, infinity and horizon pools, beachfront dining and retail, landscaped walking and cycling paths, a Club S clubhouse, sports academies, wellness facilities, outdoor gyms, parks, clinics, pharmacies, supermarkets, and a mosque. June is also being positioned as a hospitality and entertainment destination through venues such as Surf Club, Cavalariça, and a planned Tribute Portfolio hotel by Marriott International. SODIC commenced the project’s first handovers ahead of schedule in July 2025, initially delivering 204 homes across two neighborhoods, with further deliveries planned afterward. The development consequently includes a combination of delivered homes, ready-to-move inventory, and phases still under construction or sale. Its location, diversified unit mix, branded hospitality offering, and operational amenities support both seasonal use and long-term investment potential.
