Fouka Bay North Coast

Fouka Bay is an integrated coastal resort developed by Tatweer Misr in Ras El Hekma, at kilometer 211 on the Alexandria–Matrouh Road. It is approximately 75 kilometers from Marsa Matrouh and around 7 kilometers from the Fouka Road exit. The master plan follows an island-community concept, comprising 12 residential island clusters surrounded by Crystal Lagoons, beaches, and landscaped open spaces. Recent sources describe the development as covering approximately one million square meters, while some property platforms cite a marketed area of 194 acres; the legally contracted area should therefore be verified for each phase. The resort was designed in collaboration with Italian architects, including Gianluca Peluffo & Partners. Its architecture features low-rise buildings, large terraces, open layouts, and units oriented toward sea or lagoon views. Property types include chalets, lofts, serviced apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and standalone villas, with areas generally starting from approximately 80 square meters and varying by phase. Amenities include a private beach, Crystal Lagoons, swimming pools, beach and lagoon clubhouses, restaurants, cafés, retail facilities, a gym, spa, sports courts, jogging tracks, children’s areas, medical services, maintenance, and 24-hour security. Fouka Bay also includes The House Hotel & Residence, offering hospitality, concierge, and housekeeping services. The resort is operational and occupied, although newly offered phases and individual units may carry different contractual delivery dates.
