Fifth Square

Fifth Square is an integrated upscale community by AlMarasem International for Development, strategically positioned on North 90th Street in the Golden Square district of Fifth Settlement, New Cairo. The development extends across 158 feddans and was launched in 2017 as AlMarasem’s flagship entry into Egypt’s real estate development market. Its master plan integrates residential apartments, villas, townhouses, twin houses, serviced residences, retail, administrative facilities and extensive lifestyle amenities.
