Compound New Fustat City

Al Fustat Compound is an integrated residential development by Saudi Egyptian Developers in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority. The development is located in Al Fustat and Old Cairo and is marketed through major phases including Arabesque and Khan Arabesque. It occupies a strategic position opposite the historic Magra Al Oyoun Aqueduct, with direct access to Salah Salem Street and close proximity to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, Fustat Hills Gardens, the Cairo Citadel, and several heritage districts of Old Cairo. Arabesque represents the first ready-to-move phase and comprises 79 residential buildings containing 1,924 apartments and 18 commercial units. Homes are delivered fully finished, with the primary inventory consisting of two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging approximately from 130 to 170 square metres. The architectural concept combines modern residential functionality with details inspired by traditional Cairo and Arabesque architecture. Buildings incorporate balconies, landscaped courtyards, natural lighting, and ventilation while maintaining a coherent heritage-oriented identity. Community facilities include landscaped gardens, artificial lakes, walking and cycling tracks, restaurants, cafés, retail areas, swimming pools, gyms, spas, private garages, mosques, nurseries, schools, security systems, and CCTV surveillance. Its central Cairo location provides convenient access to Downtown Cairo, Maadi, Nasr City, and Heliopolis. The Arabesque phase is currently listed as completed, ready for occupancy, and sold out through the developer, although resale properties may remain available. Additional phases, including Khan Arabesque, continue the broader development of the Al Fustat destination.
